A tips to reduce 10 USD for the gaming chair

"The sea freight is crazy, we can't go on for the business."

It's the most sentence we heard recently.  Indeed, from the begining of 2021 until now, the sea freight keep high level all over the world. It cause much trouble in our export trading business. The goods' price is already high because of the high material cost and the exchange rate falling, now the high sea-freight makes the export trading worse.

Taking the normal gaming chairs as an example, it can load 400 pcs in a 40 feet container and the sea freight to some European countries is 18,000 USD. That means the sea freight for one pc of gaming chair is 45 USD, which is close to the price of one chair. It's amazing.

However,  the problem of development must be solved through development. From the current situation, sea freight will remain at the high level for quite a while, but our business can't stop. 

After analyzed the packing term of the gaming chair, we already think out a method to reduce the packing size. After adjustment, we can load 515 pcs in a 40 feet container.  With this loading quantity, the average sea freight for one chair will be 35 USD.

In this case, we successfully reduce 10 USD for the gaming chair.
