         Yes,  we charge 20% higher for sample charge but will pay you back in next order up to 20pcs.

      2,Color available?
          Normally the abrove color is available and others will have to check if supplier have in stock,or will request MOQ.
   
      3,What about payment terms
           30% as deposit,70% balance before loading

      4,When is the shipping date?
          3 days for sample,20days for a 40HQ.

       5,What is the warranty?
           3 years.

       6,ODM available?
          Yes,we are very wlling to develop new design products with clients.Warmly welcome to send us your drawing or sample then we can check if can make for you.

        7,Mixed container is acceptable?
           Yes,clients can place different kinds of chairs to a container but request 20pcs/item.

         8,What happened if my items arrived damaged?
             We will pack in strong way and very few chair damaged,if really our quality problem,we will make new for replacement.Also we load extra accessories in every container for clients.
