The 2022 global finals will start on September 29, and the championship and runner-up finals will be held on November 5. At that time, 24 teams from all over the world will participate, but the Commonwealth of Independent States (LCL) will not be able to send teams to participate, and the extra LCL seats will be replaced by LEC (the fourth place in the European competition).

Finals: November 5th, USA, California, Chase Center Arena in San Francisco (home of the NBA Golden State Warriors).

The World Championships are held in different regions each year after the regular season.
